Welcome to XR Farms

Our quality beef is produced on three principles: the right feed, proper husbandry and aging the beef to perfection.

Feed
We believe in feeding cattle to produce optimal flavour and tenderness while maintaining the safety of our product. Therefore, at XR Farms, we feed Ontario corn, with absolutely no growth hormones, antibiotics or animal byproducts included. We simply believe this is the right way to raise cattle.

Husbandry
At XR Farms, we respect our animals, therefore every effort is made to treat cattle in a humane manner and minimize stress. Our cattle are given year-round access to the outdoors, and adequate protection from the elements.

Beef
Our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days in a government-inspected facility. XR Farms always has a full range of beef cuts available and we are happy to accommodate special orders.

All XR Farms beef comes from cattle born and raised on Mader family farms.
